The Giants Foundation will host its annual 5K Race and Kids Run presented by Quest on Sunday, November 8, at 9:00 a.m. at MetLife Stadium. Net proceeds from the event will support the Foundation’s mission to address key community issues, promote health and wellness, and empower youth.

In addition to the 5K, the one-mile fun run introduced in 2025 returns for its second year. The morning concludes with a 100-yard Kids Run for children ages six and under, starting at 10:30 a.m. Young participants will run out of the Giants' home tunnel, cross the field, and finish in the end zone.

The 5K and one-mile courses begin in the MetLife Sports Complex, pass the Quest Diagnostics Training Center, and finish inside the stadium in the Giants' end zone. Runners will share the course with Giants legends, team representatives, and fellow fans.

Fans unable to attend in person can participate in the virtual 5K. Registration is now open and closes on November 8 at 8:00 a.m., with online registration ending on November 7. Early bird pricing is available through July 31 at Giants.com/5K. All participants receive a commemorative Giants 5K performance t-shirt, and age-group winners will be awarded custom Giants game balls.

A post-race festival will feature appearances by Giants Legends, a live DJ, inflatable rides, games, face painting, Giants Drumline performances, and additional family-friendly activities.

Launched in 1993 as the New York Giants’ nonprofit organization, the Giants Foundation is a 501(c)(3) entity dedicated to providing financial assistance to organizations focused on community needs. For more information, visit GiantsFoundation.org.
