That is Roy "EFFEN" Lopez!Lets Roy Lopez walk after 2024 signed with Det for $3.5 million. Brings him back in 2026 2yrs $11.5 with $7 guaranteed
Seriously though, in a two year span he drafted Anquan Boldin, Gerald Hayes (one of the most underrated Cardinals of all time) Reggie Wells (solid starter drafted in the 6th rd), Larry Fitzgerald, Karlos Dansby, Darnell Dockett, even Antonio Smith in the 5th rd.Do not slander Rod Graves like that.
Citation neededThere's a lot of great pieces
I love mock drafts…my favorite I seen…Francis ….mason Thomas ( nic binnitto clone) …and big citrus….i got a thumbs up from ClancyThere's a lot of great pieces, but the head coach needs to find his quarterback. The trenches on both sides of the ball need these recent draft picks to develop. Nolen has some great abilities but needs to stay on the field and be that great DT the Cards have needed.
That 04' was definitely influenced by Dennis Green though. Prior to that Graves was absolutely diabolicalSeriously though, in a two year span he drafted Anquan Boldin, Gerald Hayes (one of the most underrated Cardinals of all time) Reggie Wells (solid starter drafted in the 6th rd), Larry Fitzgerald, Karlos Dansby, Darnell Dockett, even Antonio Smith in the 5th rd.
This is as good as any GM as ever done it in a two year span.
I’ll give Denny some credit for sure. But at this point, Monti can only dream of ever having a draft like that. But teams do it still. That 04' was definitely influenced by Dennis Green though. Prior to that Graves was absolutely diabolical
What? Name them. How many Big Johns do we have on this team? It shouldn't take long because there aren't many. There's a lot of great pieces, but the head coach needs to find his quarterback. Keim should sit this one outSickening that the negativity has got to the point where this happens

Never let Keim win.
And as for you, Mr. Murray, all seasons incomplete. You must be registered for see images attach
I think Keim’s saying that about the shot at him.Sickening that the negativity has got to the point where this happens

It’s his job to create success. Part of the job that comes with being gm of the cardinals (something he knows coming into taking the job) is overcoming obstacles. The biggest is the owner. Still his job to overcome that obstacle. If no one had been successful ever doing so there’s some leeway. But Keim showed that he could with two separate coaches. Sustained? No. But he did it. Monti has yet to do so.xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media
Extremely fair points.I kinda don’t blame Monti. 48yo and nobody else wanted him to be GM. So might as well do the dumb dance and kiss up the owner by doing what he wants. Extend seven-figure earning window by 4-5 years to ~10 years and guarantee you and the kids live comfortably forever. The math works on that better than jumping around random front offices and spending your life on the road scouting making $300k/yr.
Bidwill is the main problem. He doesn’t attract talented and successful people. And when those types he’s able to get through the mechanics of how the NFL works via the draft, more often than not he somehow stifles or removes said talent with miserable culture and stupid decision-making
This was the point I made with signing of the Pittsburgh guard. Age doesn’t match our trajectory.re: lack of plan. Im not the only one who isnt following along

Exactly what has he "fixed" this off-season?I think clearly Ossenfort was not in a position to fix everything. I don’t think Murray was a playoff QB and I’m not sure one was available now that Murray has been resolved. For all the people criticizing that the Cards didn’t sign Willis, I’ve yet to see a reliable post indicating Willis would play for the Cards. I do think it’s fair that Ossenfort should be held responsible for now building a roster that could win with a quality QB at the helm.
Yeah… here’s the problem, Harry… it’s not that he hasn’t fixed everything, it’s that HE HASNT FIXED ANYTHING… GOING INTO YEAR 4.I think clearly Ossenfort was not in a position to fix everything. Yup, most of our "foundational" players are either injured or not performing.Exactly what has he "fixed" this off-season?
What position on the team is clearly better now than it was a year ago?
Better question… what has he fixed since THREE years ago?!Exactly what has he "fixed" this off-season?
What position on the team is clearly better now than it was a year ago?
