Brooklyn Boston already have a history of big trades...KG I believe with PP
If they offered Brown ...Brooklyn is stupid to say no

The Suns seem determined to add Kevin Durant if there is a trade to be made. It almost seems inevitable.

I think the Suns desire to add Durant may be driven by Devin Booker as much or more than James Jones.

It's a similar situation as Chris Paul and Devin Booker wanting to play together.

Keeping Ayton and adding KD would be a dream scenario

Now keeping Ayton, adding KD AND someone else would be insane

Keeping one of Mikal Bridges or Cam Johnson in a Kevin Durant trade would be much like adding someone else.

If you return the starting 5 just swapping out Crowder for KD seriously who stops that team.

The Suns would be formidable if everyone stays health but they would still need at least a couple of consistent contributors off the bench.

I'm still seeing a weakness at point guard.

Apparently Gambo was saying the Suns are working on a 4 team trade between the Nets, Knicks, and Utah that could also lands us Malik Beasley and/or Bogdanovich from Utah and/or Obi Toppin from NY in addition to KD.

We wouldn't get all 3 but apparently we'd land at least 1 of them with KD, possibly 2.

All these deals have LA getting Kyrie for pennies. 2 #1's for him? While the Suns give up 4 and a boatload of players? That's ridiculous. 2 #1's if Mikal is included should be the most we part with. I'd say 2 swaps with that also but that's it.

So this is Mikal, Payne, Shamet, Dario, Crowder and 5 1st round picks?

That’s way to much.

I think the Suns can only give up four first round picks in a trade.

Suns need to receive a point guard in return.

Don't worry Phoenix, I'm sure that trade includes a liberal supply of K-Y Jelly.

It looks like the Suns decision to go for it has already been made. What's the saying... can't win if you don't play.

And it feels a lot like when Phoenix was locked-in on Josh Jackson in the 2017 draft.

The Suns big loss in the Bleacher Report proposed trade is Mikal Bridges.

Draft picks are "skeletons" as James Jones might term it.

I’m okay giving up the twins now that DA is back:

Suns receive: KD ($44m)

Jazz receive: Simmons + Bridges + 27’ 1st + 29’ 1st ($55m)

Nets receive: Mitchell + Conley + Cam Johnson + Saric + 23’ 1st + 25’ 1st ($70m)

- I think to take Simmons Ainge needs another player back the caliber of Mikal. You could sell that being the best defensive perimeter in the game plus a couple more picks

- Brooklyn gets a young all star back which is the best they can do. Since they have to compete Conley/Cam help the cause

- Suns have the best starting 5 in the league but the bench is trash. I’d like to swing Clarkson or Bojan in that deal but that’s getting overzealous…?

That’s way too much. If the suns were willing to part with all that the trade would have already happened.

We literally can't offer more than Brown if we want to.

The whole rest of our roster minus Booker, and Ayton which can't be traded is not as valuable IMO.

They can offer whoever they want if KD doesn’t want to play in Boston he’s not gonna

That’s all that matters

No it wouldn't have. Nets have already said that would not be enough.

Besides I believe the reports Mitchell to Miami is a done deal

Well ok sure, just saying we can't beat the value of Bostons offer if they have Brown in it.

The Suns can't beat an offer Of Jaylen Brown. All they can do is get close.

I actually don't think that deal is to bad for us.

Getting Bogdanovich with KD makes it much more palatable.

But no way do I think a 5 team trade is happening

How?

Shamet and Dario are worthless.

4 picks, payne, Crowder and Mikal has always been the package.

If we get back Bogdanovich and KD that is better than I was expecting honestly
