Thursday night's Indiana Fever-Golden State Valkyries game will reunite Caitlin Clark and Tiffany Hayes after their tense contest on Friday night.

If you hear anything about a possible beef between the two, here's what happened last week. Clark and Hayes got into a war of words after Clark hit a logo 3-pointer right over Hayes and started bragging.

After the game, Hayes seemingly complained about Clark not getting called for any fouls (she got hit with five, a tech and a Flagrant 1 in the game) with a hot mic in the postgame press conference room.

That's about it. The Fever getting the home win last week, setting the Valkyries up for a possible revenge game on Thursday in Ballhalla. If you see things get chippy between Clark and Hayes, it goes back to Friday night's game.

However, Hayes said this week that the Clark encounter is behind her.

“She just made a play and chirped," Hayes told The Mercury News. "And it was a little chirping here and there, and that was that... That was the end of it and it should have been the end of it.”
