IMHO it was a cute and creative movie. But then again I love kid movies. As a 42-year old. Go figure.

Went with my wife, kids and a friend with her kid - we all enjoyed it. Definitely had some clever moments and I liked the throw backs to other movies.

First movie that my kids were ever really super excited to go see (they are almost 6 & 7) - the marketing machine is strong so I was kind of uncertain about it.

Absolutely enjoyed it though.

Yeah, it made over $500m world wide and was nominated for an oscar. I don't get it. I thought it was pretty dumb.

I thought it was amusing. My daughter liked in when we saw it last summer. Bonus - there's a series now and I get to watch that, too! (Read that with sarcasm.)
