I give credit where credit is due. The Lakers did exceptionally well at the trade deadline last season. They have continued the trend this season.

They definitely have reshaped the team quickly and given us some hope for when LBJ steps aside that they can run things properly with some younger players.

When Lebron steps down, the Lakers will replace him with another star.
However, until that happens, they have shaped a solid roster that can contend with AD and Lebron.
These moves caught me a bit off guard because the Lakers usually go for the quick fix. Kudos to the Lakers for doing it the right way.
