Tennessee volleyball announced the hiring of Terrence Robertson. He will serve as the Lady Vols' director of operations.
Before arriving at Tennessee, Robertson served as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at Florida International.
"We are thrilled to welcome Terrence Robertson as our director of operations," Tennessee head coach Eve Rackham Watt said. "I feel profoundly fortunate to have someone of his caliber joining our staff. He brings extensive experience in every facet of successful volleyball programs, including strategic foresight, collaboration, and a proven track record of integrity and teamwork.
"That depth of experience will elevate every facet of our operations, accelerate growth, and turn bold visions into measurable results."
Robertson is a graduate of Campbell University, earning a master of business administration.
Rackham Watt has served as Tennessee's head coach since 2018, compiling a 151-76 (82-44 SEC) record. She has guided the Lady Vols to six NCAA Tournament appearances.
