The Tennessee Titans could be without one of their special teams standouts on Sunday when they take the field to face the Jacksonville Jaguars at Nissan Stadium.

On Saturday, Tennessee added linebacker James Williams to the injury report due to an illness, designating him questionable for the contest. While the former safety failed to seize the starting role next to Cody Barton during training camp, the versatile linebacker has been a solid depth piece and special teamer, even seeing some reps at edge to give the Titans some added depth on the outside.

Even though he is questionable, Tennessee did not add to their linebacking corps with their practice squad elevations. Instead, they announced that they were using standard elevations to make wide receiver Xavier Restrepo and cornerback Kemon Hall available for Week 13.

WR @XavierRestrepo1 and CB Kemon Hall will be standard gameday elevations for the @Titans for Sunday’s game vs the Jaguars.

It will be Restrepo’s second elevation in 2025. The undrafted rookie and fan-favorite made his NFL debut in Week 12 against the Seattle Seahawks, and made it clear that he deserved another shot at making plays on Sunday.

Hall will be making his Titans’ debut on Sunday to help offset the loss of Jalyn Armour-Davis, who will miss Sunday’s action due to an Achilles injury. Tennessee signed Hall in October, and the veteran corner does have some NFL experience with the Los Angeles Chargers and Dallas Cowboys since entering the league as an undrafted rookie free agent by the Chargers following the 2019 NFL draft.
