The Tennessee Titans are undergoing a lot of changes in 2026. It started with the cleanout of the coaching staff and bringing in, largely, an entirely new staff. There were a few coaches who were retained, but Robert Saleh built his own staff in Nashville. There will be player movement beginning with free agency that brings personnel changes, and this year, the Titans are undergoing a rebrand.

The Titans' new logo was leaked by Fanatics this weekend, and the reactions were, well... Mixed. Some fans and analysts were saddened by the loss of the flames and sword-T, lamenting that the Titans were conforming to the minimalist era. Others had a different take, especially after an artist did a mock-up of what the new helmet might look like.

Here's a look at how social media reacted to the Titans' new logo.

This Titans logo will be at the top of “Best Retro Logos” lists for years to come pic.twitter.com/ya2dCU7zFJ

Might be a crazy take to some but I kind of mess with the new titans logo.

Hate that the flames are gone but the light blue as the primary is a massive W. pic.twitter.com/2kveO1zzHB

The Titans logo has been around for almost 27 years now and I have NEVER heard it described as “iconic” or “top-5” until reports about the rebrand started.

Reality is some people don’t like change and love to crap on anything new. Zero doubt in my mind this will be an upgrade.

So many bald coaches the Titans had to make their new logo bald too pic.twitter.com/wLup0X3AvZ

If this is truly the new Titans logo, it immediately becomes one of the worst in the NFL.

A complete downgrade that continues the absolutely terrible trend of minimalism in sports.

Show some uniqueness. Not just another lazy circle logo pic.twitter.com/3xfr5tYzST

As a Titans fan who loved the Oilers before the move, I love that they’re merging the two histories.

The logo by itself is kinda meh. But it hits hard on the white and red helmet.

I know I’ll get used to it. #TitanUppic.twitter.com/3zk4cE21tF

Seeing lots of hate on the rumored Titans logo change, and it’s all based on pure nostalgia. Because if this “new” logo had been the old one, and then they beveled it and added flames, it would be ridiculed as one of the biggest logo downgrades of all time. pic.twitter.com/HLacWdOlmm
