Former NFL wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. currently works as a head coach for the Columbus Aviators in the UFL, but he was arrested on Saturday, just one day before the Aviators' next game.
Ginn was taken into custody after police suspected he was driving under the influence in Tarant County, Texas. The 41-year-old joined the UFL as the Columbus head coach in December and has so far coached the team to a 0-2 record to begin the season.
Ginn's arrest means he will not be on the sideline when the Aviators play the Dallas Renegades on Sunday afternoon. Here's the latest on Ginn's arrest.

Ted Ginn Jr. arrest details
Ted Ginn Jr. was arrested on Saturday and charged with a DUI in Tarrant County, Texas. Ginn was in Texas because his Columbus Aviators are playing the Dallas Renegades on Sunday on the UFL schedule.
According to WSYX in Columbus, Ginn was stopped at around 1:00 a.m. on Saturday after not yielding while making a wide right turn. At that point, the police gave Ginn a sobriety test before taking him into custody. Ginn was later released from police custody after posting a $1,000 bond.
UFL president and CEO Russ Brandon said in a statement that the league was aware of Ginn's arrest, and that offensive coordinator Todd Haley will serve as the Aviators' head coach in their game.
Ginn turns 41 years old on Sunday as the Aviators are set to play their third game of the UFL season.
