Hello, good evening and welcome to day two of the 2026 World Cup. After Mexico and Canada held their opening matches it’s now time for the United States to have their opener. Tonight, they go up against a CONMEBOL competitor Paraguay.

I’m not going to try and do any kind of breakdown of the game because I don’t follow soccer nearly at all and to attempt it would confuse y’all and annoy me (ugh, reading). So instead I’ll say here is your open thread for watching the USMNT with your fellow Texans fans Americans.
