Should have been an incomplete due to injuries. Nolen with zero starts is a perfect example of what could have been. If the purpose of this exercise is to indicate the quality of the choice injuries negate that assessment. There is some validity when an injury history indicates caution, like Johnson, but the injury last year wasn’t an extension of a previous issue. Also not enough weight given to low picks with surprisingly good performance. Injuries contributed, but Burke may be an exceptional get.

Nolen going down was especially brutal since he was flashing right away. Zero injury history in college and got hurt 3 times as a rookie.
