Syracuse football: Orange land two 2027 commitments

The Syracuse Orange might be done with the spring football season, but recruiting never stops…well besides the NCAA dead perionds, but we’re not in one and Fran Brown landed two 2027 commitments yesterday.

Ian McDuffie is a 6’2” athlete from Patterson, NJ who plays linebacker and wide receiver for Passaic Tech. He is unranked right now and chose the Orange over offers from UConn and Temple. It soumds like Syracuse is recruiting him as a linebacker.

The second commit came from Bradyn Paulozzi, a 6’3” 230 lb edge rusher from St. Edward in Lakewood, Ohio. Paulozzi isn’t ranked but had offers from Army, Navy, Toledo, Air Force, and Kent State among others. He was offered by Vince Kehres at Toledo, and then again when Kehres came to Syracuse.
