Svilar: “My future? I’m staying. See you in Champions League.”
Mile Svilar was also a key figure on the final day of Serie A action at Hellas Verona with a stunning save from Bowie.
The Giallorossi goalkeeper held the score to 0-0, a match that was then won in the second half thanks to goals from Malen and El Shaarawy.
Svilar gave a brief interview to Tele Radio Stereo in which he expressed his satisfaction with the achievement: “A well-deserved celebration.”
The Roma goalkeeper dismissed the possibility of a farewell: “Yes, of course, we’ll see each other again in the Champions League. I’m incredibly excited, to do it in Rome after not being there for 7-8 years…”
“A club like Roma should always be there. Reaching it like this was thrilling, beautiful.”
