Richard’s on/off splits are the stuff of nightmares, so there is clearly a lot he is doing wrong that isn’t jumping off the screen.

he's out of position on defense and doesn't box out - he'll do a good job for stretches and then not so much - but bud is pretty quick with the yankage

We're past the point of a players only meeting.

The only player who consistently shows up is Royce and he's so far down the pecking order I can't see the team responding to him.

I almost want it to get worse to ensure change because honestly I wouldn't be surprised if James Jones and Ishbia roll the dice on this team again.
