fleming was 12-19 from the line before missing those free throws - that's 63% plus he's an inexperienced rookie - options were limited but both ye and goody shoot over 70%

That was close. Fox is a hard cover for Fleming but he did pretty good. He'll make at least one of those late FTs next time. Good game. Too bad we coughed it up at the end.

Need to find some alternatives to curling off Oso at the top. Their C sags and that makes drives/rolls to the hoop difficult so we end up with contested threes or long twos way to often. Maybe it works better with Mark Williams or Maluach but it still gets predictable.

Come on Yuma, we lost by one. Against one of the hottest and best teams in the league. I stand by my statement.
I'm saying it's a pattern of more than one game. Earlier in the season we were winning these games by a comfortable margin. Even against good teams. Now we are letting them slide away. It's either opponents are ramping up their play and we can't match their intensity, or we are having a hard time scoring late in games to maintain our leads like we were doing earlier.

we played tough on the road - we were missing 3 starters last night + grayson allen and still took the spurs to the mat

been thinking about the fleming free throws

ott knew rasheer's college free throw percentage by heart - mentioned it after the game - fleming wasn't supposed get that inbound pass but ott must've had some type of confidence in him regardless

and free throws plagued this entire team during that entire road trip - something we need to get in order

far as fleming goes im not worried - rookies get nervous - to be in there at the end shows how much confidence ott has in him - it will be interesting to see how he plays on saturday

Losing by one isn't great, but it's not like we were up by 15 with 2 minutes to go.

We were keeping a six minute lead through the last half of the fourth quarter. Matching baskets and making the other team die by our meager lead. Now we are losing those leads. Just need to figure it out. Double teams seem to be affecting everyone, not just Booker. We need to figure out as a team how to handle those situations better.
