Sixers without Iggy. Hopefully the Suns bring their best game today. Channing Frye, please make some threes (~20% last 5 games). Isolate Vince and let him go to work, no Iggy to stop him.

With Pietrus playing so well, how do you deny him minutes in favor of Vince?

I hope we can find a consistent scorer.
This has gotta be Gortat's break out game! I hope Lopez gets in foul trouble early so Gortat can get minutes with Nash.
I have been lobbying for a Gortat-Lopez front court ever since the trade happened.Rather than having Lopez do well? Lopez takes a lot of heat for a 7 foot 22 year old who shoots 50%+ from the field and around 79-80 percent from the FT line. Yea he has rebounding issues but he works hard and is active on the court. I want to see Lopez develop as much as I'd like to see Gortat with Nash.
Gortat is good at the PnR so that should generate some offense with Nash.Nash
Carter
Hill
Gortat
Lopez
Let Lopez box out and Gortat grab every rebound. (Similar to Amare at the end of last season.) Question is, can the Suns generate enough offense using this lineup? Gortat would probably average about 14 rebounds a game alongside Lopez.

Carter is straight up offense and Hill is starting to look decent as well so we would be fit defensively IMO.
Gortat definitely loves the p&r. I was hopeful it would work better with Nash. I still hope so. But it seems like he tries to run it almost every play. Its like he is begging for it. I am not sure I like a guy trying to run it almost every time. There is something pathetic about it.

Whoa. What a dunk by Lopez.![]()
Yea but its probably because he's new and doesn't know any other plays that well.Gortat definitely loves the p&r. I was hopeful it would work better with Nash. I still hope so.
