Richards was quietly flat out terrible for us. He throws down just enough two handed slams to make one not realize that he is a complete doormat on defense and he sets terrible screens.

We should have no interest in keeping him, we played drastically better when Oso was on the court.

He showed promise when he was first traded for, but that quickly fell off. The Hornets fans were probably right about him. The talent is there, but the passion is not.

true - oso gets pushed around like a shopping cart under the boards and can't shoot outside 5 feet but he helps when he supposed to and doesn't when he's not - but richards does rebound

Oso has something that most of our players don't - a high basketball IQ and superior passing skills. If he can add some strength and a jumpshot, he could have a long career as a role player.

I see Oso as more of a tweener 4/5 if he can maximize his potential. Not the kind of guy you want as a starting center, but a bench player who can come in and give you quality spot minutes at those two positions. He definitely needs to develop a jump shot if he wants to stay in the league, because his IQ is definitely there.
