sounds like bickley said kd hasn't been a good influence or some ish like that - i didn't hear the show but kd apparently took exception to it - kd deleted a bunch of tweets today too - mostly him arguing with irritated fans and twitter trolls

KD does this all the time. Someone will say something about him and he’ll tweet something but leave enough time until he deletes it to get his followers riled up. It’s basically his formula to control narratives.

Also, he 'doesn't care' what any of these people thinks or about his legacy... but if you say something he disagrees with he might take a few hours out of his day to argue about it.

The local media goes at everyone, no one is excluded. KD throws a tantrum to keep them from going at him though and claims it's unjust. That's why some guys like Eddie House don't even bother.

The local media is right about a lot and wrong a lot as well. They have a lot of hours to fill each week. It's virtually never personal. The last personal beef I recall was Gambo and the Morrii. To Gambo's credit he never hid that fact.

Whether anyone believes KD deserves all the blame or some of the blame, it's unreasonable to say he deserves none. This team paid a premium for him and has regressed annually. That's

I can't take stats like this seriously when I see some of the names listed. Kyle Kuzma is a doormat, easily one of the worst defenders in the league. He is in the negatives in win shares and value over replacement player, his defensive splits are awful. Even if it is just the "last 10 games", his stats with the Bucks are just as putrid as he was in Washington, and there is no way he is averaging 10 contests a game.

Goga plays 20 minutes a game and I am supposed to believe he has contested 100 shots in his last 10 games? Is he omnipresent or something?

More trashing on Kuzma though... good lord is he terrible. His splits the last 3 years are in the Beasley zone. He's bad at everything but he is particularly terrible at shooting and he LOVES to shoot.

I face a hypothetical dilemma. The Suns probably won't make the playoffs, much less win anything; but if they did, would I want them to? Would I feel pleased? No, not really. It would seem to be rewarding them for their regular season. I'm too ashamed of them to want that,

KD can complain however much he wants, Booker is a worse player since he came here - and he's not just worse in terms of efficiency, he is worse in terms of his desire to win - and KD can like it or not he comes off as someone who doesn't care much about winning so people saying he is influencing Book is the logical conclusion.

They aren't making the playoffs so you don't have to worry about it.

I don't think it's a formula at all. He is being real, he just lives in his own world where he thinks his great shot making makes up for all his other flaws as a player. It's human nature, we don't want to see our own faults.

25 games remaining on the schedule if I counted correctly. That's a painfully long time. Will all our 50 million+ stars stay healthy for the duration?

Gambo said on KOC’s pod that before Mat Ishbia the Suns were willing to trade EITHER Cam and Mikal for KD or all the picks, but not both. Then Mat took over and immediately traded all of it.
I thought that was pretty obvious. James Jones had been working the deal for months and then Mat Ishbia took over and BOOM, the deal was done and we gave away everything.

beal isn't broken - when the ball goes thru him he's dropping 30 - and if we're not winning or drafting we might as well build beal's trade value back up

we'll get whatever we get for kd and book - teams will be searching after losing their close playoff series - they always do - timing is everything but so is the destination

thing is we have not one - not two - but three very expensive fiddles to hock but we can't take pawn shop offers - I have no clue what's going to happen this off-season but i honestly hope i don't recognize this team next season

but back to the trades-apoolza - idk if jj stays but if he does that bumbling fumbling ish(bia) better stay out of his freakin way - his impulse buys cost us the rest of this decade and it's only 2000 and freakin 25

but back to the trades - we have to find 3 different teams that want a $50 million dollar scorer - actually more than $50 because book a kd will be looking at new contracts soon

so three teams - all with money to burn - and every one of the three teams has to have enough quality first round draft picks to get the golden fiddle because we're done with the thirty-burgers - i know ish likes his ish right away but slow cooking is the only way out of this mess - and it's a lot funner to watch a young team grow then to watch whatever this is die - slowly and painfully night after night

I agree, but that's why I said hypothetical. If they had come out of the break and decided to play as though they cared, I would feel in a bind. It's an intellectual problem, not a practical problem.

Has any team in Suns history ever shown as little fight as this team? Did any Suns team ever roll over and die so early in the season? I'm not sure, but none ever wasted this much money.

I don't think so.

I am very close to not watching the rest of the season. There isn't much point to it, they won't make the playoffs, and they aren't even playing Dunn.
