The importance of today's home game vs Stanford can not be understated. A win along with a Washington win would solidify ASU as the #7 seed ford the Pac-12 Tournament.

The absolute worst position to be is the 8/9 seed this year. Not only would you have to face a tougher first round opponent but you also have the 12:00 PM start time, and face a suddenly loaded UofA team.

So Go Devils and for today every Devil fan also needs to be a Huskies fan

Tough loss for Devils, but same old story for them; can't compete in the paint, can't rebound, and can't hit free throws late in the game.

Yep... If they don’t get a victory or two in the PAC 12 Tourney, can’t see how they make the NCAA show...

ASU beat which will probably be two #1 seeds. I think they’re a 8-9 with one win in Vegas and a play-in game if they lose to Colorado.

ASU needs to beat Colorado to feel good about a spot in the Dance. Two wins would clinch it

I've never seen a team so bad at shooting FT's. ASU has to be one of the worst in the country in FT %. That has cost them at least 5 games.

Yep... combined with their total lack of presence down low, they are doomed... But if we're being honest, heading into this season did we really believe the Devils were a serious contender for a NCAA Tournament bid? Hardly...

They certainly over-achieved preseason expectations. Just sucks simple things such as FT's and boxing out seem like the hardest things for them. Down by 7 with 4 minutes left...need to get it going here.

6-15 from the line...that's incredible...

Their only hope is for their guards to shoot lights out the rest of the way... possible, but not likely...

Has a team ever been as high as 3rd at the start of conference play and missed the tourney completely?

If you had told me before the season started the the Devils would win 20 games I would have been happy with the progress but after the way they started I am disappointed.
