Was Fitz ever proven innocent? I don't believe he was. But you are more than welcome to prove that incorrect. On the same token he was never found guilty either. Which is not all that uncommon in a domestic situation.

No idea what you're trying to get at, all I'm saying is don't try to make S-Jax out to be a bad guy because some broad waited 10 months to file a complaint against him. Larry had the same thing happen to him and I highly doubt you called out his character because of it and just assumed it was BS like most of the board/fans did.

Because she was the one who went to TMZ and gave them the info.

She did a volentary statement and did not file a police report.

She is from ALB or Georgia used Navada forms and did the statement in Louisana. Hmmm. Also she has been putting it to him for an increase in child support. That was reported on the Stl Radio. Weird she would wate almost 10 1/2 months and not file a police report with her statement. Will she do it later lets see. She is an aspiring model and this is a good way to get her face in the paper and extort money. Until we have an arrest its all hersay.( she said - he said).

The two are completely irrelevant of each other. A family court judge is not going to raise child support because a woman got pushed around(a criminal matter) One has nothing to do with the other.

I didnt say that.. I said.. instead of going thru the child support courts.. She will now go thru the criminal/civil courts to get money on a totally unrelated manner.. Although the matter has been and always will be about one thing, money..

You are correct it is irrelevant to a certin extent. Remember its only a statement and she can pressure him (even if he knows that he didnt do anything) due to the media making him out to be a monster. That could hurt him in future indevers and doesnt want all the media attention. Its like this kind of thing has'nt happened before.

Domestic abuse isn't going to change her child support, but it would most assuredly net her a nice chunk of change. If he could be found guilty in a criminal court than it would be cake getting a settlement against him in a civil case. That would equal mucho $$$$.

Can you name one case history of someone being awarded a huge chunk of money for very minor injuries occurring during a crime that is nothing more than a misdemeanor?

Big difference in a "nice chunk of change" and a "huge chunk of money". I hear about celebrities settling out of court with people who they "supposedly assaulted" all the time. Isn't that exactly what this is/would be? This has happened with virtually every rapper who's ever made a buck and many other celebs (who was the model who nailed her assistant with the cellphone?).
