Stephen Morris - Miami

I have heard people put Morris's name associated with the Cardinals. Watching him tonight I will kick myself in the face if we draft him. Maybe i am missing something though?

I have seen the name Taylor Lewman OT from Michigan with the Cards.. He's playing right now in Tempe..

Morris was more of a rd 2/3 option, from what I've read. Doesn't look like he did himself any favors tonight.

Lewan didn't have a great year this year, but remains a round 1 prospect. His team got smoked tonight too.

Lewan is a 2nd round talent but will likely be drafted in round1. I just hope it's not by the Cardinals.

What you saw of Mrris ( intentionally misspelled his name because there is no "o" in Mrris), tonight,is what he has been for 4 years. He can throw a ball through a wall but he has no clue about playing the QB position. The game has never slowed down for him. He played for a HC who was so loyal that he couldn't see the glaring flaws. He will be a guy who will be a drill throwing QB at the combine and wow folks with his arm, but gameday film will expose him. Stay far away from this guy.

Actually, scouts have said he has been a disappointment this year (UM has been as a whole this year). I could see Craig Robinson & Cameron Erving getting picked ahead of him and those guys weren't on the radar at the beginning of the year at which time Lewan was considered the 2nd or 3rd best OT in the country. The fact that he has the size & wears a Michigan jersey I think he will be drafted in the last half of the first round but it would not surprise me if he dropped to the second round, especially since he was questioned about an assault that happened after the OSU game which he is thought to be involved in a fight with OSU fans.

As for Morris as many here have stated he is not a good QB prospect and the fact that most of the QB's will be off the board by the 2nd round and ARZ needing a QB prospect they feel Morris will be the best option available for ARZ, I disagree. I think ARZ needs a LT & OLB/DE with its first 2 picks, if by miracle McCarron is there in Round 3, ARZ should nab him (I know DD would be happy with that).

As for Morris as many here have stated he is not a good QB prospect and the fact that most of the QB's will be off the board by the 2nd round and ARZ needing a QB prospect they feel Morris will be the best option available for ARZ, I disagree. I think ARZ needs a LT & OLB/DE with its first 2 picks, if by miracle McCarron is there in Round 3, ARZ should nab him (I know DD would be happy with that).

Given his knee injury, there is a possibility Mettenberger will go 2nd/ 3rd round. That would be a nice scenario for the Cards. Zach could sit, rehab and learn the game. Cards should be so lucky. Palmer has a few years left in his career.

Lewan is a 1st round talent.I would be happy to see the Cards pick him.As for the assault he has not been charged as of now.Everything I have read says he is still early to middle rd 1 pick..As for needing another OLB-DE pass rusher agree.Cards also need another TE and more OL depth since I doubt Colledge stays unless he takes a pay cut and Fanaika can be improved .Another FS wouldn`t hurt either.

I am just not sold on Mettenberger. I know he made huge improvements this year under Cam Cameron but I don't know if he can be a long term answer at QB for ARZ.

You should probably pay attention more. If you did you would know I was calling for the Cards to take David Terrell and David Harris, both from Michigan, as early picks. I also really liked the Alan Branch pick. Lewan is just not that good. Whenever he's played against a NFL caliber DE, he has struggled.
