The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed a promising undrafted offensive lineman following rookie camp.
On Monday, the Steelers announced the signing of Michigan center Greg Crippen, who went unselected in the 2026 NFL Draft. The Steelers waived offensive tackle Sataoa Laumea in a corresponding move.
Crippen, who attended the Steelers’ rookie minicamp as a tryout participant, appeared in 41 games and made 21 starts in his collegiate career.
Earning himself a starting role with Michigan in 2025, Crippen was named an All-Big Ten honorable mention for his efforts.
Set to compete with Ryan McCollum for the backup center job, Crippen has a real opportunity to make the 53-man roster as an undrafted rookie and secure a spot behind starter Zach Frazier.
