Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Isaiahh Loudermilk returned to practice this week after going on IR after Week 2 of the regular season. Loudermilk suffered a serious high ankle injury that required surgery. There was hope Loudermilk might be available for the Steelers Wild Card showdown against the Houston Texans. However, on Saturday, the Steelers ruled Loudermilk out for this week's game.
The Steelers have been forced to adjust for injuries on the defensive line for much of the season. Rookie Derrick Harmon looks like a future star and the punch he brings to the run defense has been among the best in the NFL. Meanwhile, the ageless wonder Cameron Heyward had another All-Pro season in 2025 with Pro Football Focus grading him as the top interior defensive lineman in the NFL.
Other than Loudermilk, no Steelers have a status for this week's game. Pittsburgh is also getting wide receiver DK Metcalf this week after his two-game suspension.
