There are few positions more concerning for the Pittsburgh Steelers than offensive guard ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft, with several standouts worthy of being selected with the No. 21 overall pick this April.

Oregon Ducks offensive guard Emmanuel Pregnon, one of the top interior offensive linemen in his class, could be exactly what the Steelers need to replace Isaac Seumalo in 2026.

  • Weight: 314 pounds
  • 40-yard dash: 5.21 seconds
  • Projection: Late-first to early-second

Strengths​

  • Great build with long arms and lean muscle
  • Phenomenal hand placement arrives strong and early
  • Plays with elite power
  • Finishes the play
  • Lower-body strength is off the charts

Concerns​

  • Initial quickness
  • Change-of-direction
  • Struggles against fast-switch interior pass rushers
