The Chicago Bears will battle the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football, where Chicago is looking to lock down the NFC North title and keep pushing for the top seed in the NFC playoff race.
The Bears are coming off an improbable comeback win over the Green Bay Packers, where they won 22-16 in overtime. Quarterback Caleb Williams led four consecutive scoring drives, including in overtime, while the defense came up with big stops (holding Green Bay to 0-for-5 in the red zone) and takeaways. Chicago also got help from the Pittsburgh Steelers, who defeated the Detroit Lions and helped Chicago clinch a playoff spot.
Now, Chicago will look to continue their hot streak and make history under first-year head coach Ben Johnson with a division title and playoff seeding on the line in a hotly-contested prime-time game between two playoff teams. Here's how Chicago and San Francisco stack up statistically ahead of Sunday night's matchup.
