Looks like the city of St. Louis is going after the NFL.

Still though, if the team demands that public funds be used to build them a stadium, and then the team leaves before the thing is even paid for, somebody owes the taxpayers a big debt. The NFL makes multiple thousands of millions of dollars per year in pure profit. This garbage about demanding the taxpayers bear their construction burdens is wrong.
Perfect. I hope they go for full market value of a Rams PSL....not what they paid for it but what it could be sold for now. Here is a link to the judge's ruling in the PSL case. http://www.turfshowtimes.com/2016/9/22/13018788/la-rams-lawsuit-st-louis-psl-holders-stan-kroenke
The gist of it is that most of the 46,000 PSL holders are to receive a refund (amount to be determined).
Due to a difference in contract language the relatively few (less than a couple thousand) who purchased their PSL directly from the Rams rather than through the Rams ticketing agency retain their PSL's for wherever the Rams play their home games.
