Torey likes the Dbacks at the .500 level or slightly below - matches his ability to successfully manage around 50% of the games. The rest of the time he is arguably the worst in-game manager in MLB. And even for some of the wins in that 50% figure, the team is winning in spite of his poor in-game moves. So, I should adjust my figures and say that 90% of the time, Torey is a horrible in-game manager. The sad thing? He will be here for years to come in spite of the team's record of mediocrity.
