had it rough at Busch Stadium (35-62 all-time; 36.1%) it doesn't get much better at Chase Field.

Arizona is 77-118 all-time v. the Cardinals, their worst winning % v. an NL squad.The Cards are 56-42 at Chase Field, the best record by an NL opponent.

Nope and what's worse is that he had a other pitcher ready, but went with Sewald anyway.

Sewald truly does suck, he is terrible. Even he saves 90% of the time are clown shoes. He never passed the eye test.

Torey likes the Dbacks at the .500 level or slightly below - matches his ability to successfully manage around 50% of the games. The rest of the time he is arguably the worst in-game manager in MLB. And even for some of the wins in that 50% figure, the team is winning in spite of his poor in-game moves. So, I should adjust my figures and say that 90% of the time, Torey is a horrible in-game manager. The sad thing? He will be here for years to come in spite of the team's record of mediocrity.
