I can’t believe people are actually touching this thing. I get the pump and dump get in get out but holding this long makes no sense to me.

Apparently Elon made more money today on paper than Warren Buffet has made in his entire career!

I still think the evaluation is insane but it's up 40% so far so hard to complain.

I couldn't have bought it if I tried to most of my free money now is in Vanguard but that fund won't let me buy individual stocks. I have it in Fidelity my IRA is managed by them and it's owned by at least 2 of the funds they have me in.

Haven't really looked was Elon allowed to sell yet I know there was talk before in addition to being in indexes early they might allow some of the senior leadership to sell early. If not will be interesting to watch when he can.

He lost 350 billion on paper the last 3 days, still at 1.1 trillion.

In the past he doesn't sell until he absolutely has to because he doesn't want to pay taxes curious if that's even a concern now.

I have seen forecasts of it falling below 100, I doubt that will happen they will find some way to prop it up for awhile longer and then when it does drop again all of us will get hit in our index funds.

I looked he actually is in a 366 day lockup period apparently the sell early stuff was for other execs his share is so massive they made him agree to a huge lockup. So he can't sell until mid 2027.
