On Friday morning, Iowa State athletics director Jamie Pollard announced that he will be retiring on June 30, 2027.

Pollard, the longest-serving AD in Cyclone history, has been at his post for 22 years. He is the nation's longest-serving Power 4 AD and has overseen the transformation of Iowa State athletics, seeing several programs reach historic heights during his tenure.

A nationwide search for his successor will take place, according to the school.
