picks weren't dead on, but they were close.WR, Didn't see the Dansby pick,
Dockett, OL I didn't figure center but one of them is long term to take over for Kendall, the other will be switched to RG or RT., Smith was on my list, and a QB Didn't think it would be Navarre.
Not bad for a rookie war room arm chair prognosticator. I'm pretty pleased with myself, can y'all tell?
Wait! Let me go put my body armor on and get an umbrella. :D

I did think

they'd go CB 2nd and RB somewhere around 5th or 6th. Maybe no one was left they had an inkling for?

Nice job Jstdvl...I had Fitz and Dockett as my first two picks...I was really glad he was there in the 3rd. Had we taken Vasher instead of Stepanovich I think we might have addressed every need spot and got the BPA. But we didn't know that Leckey would be there later....But this has been a serious upgrade kinda of draft. I was glad to see you guys at the Party yesterday...Good time was had by all....GO Cards!

Does no DB taken

Mean they have another plan? Trade or later signing as no way Green could be comfortable with this group.

Green had said before the draft in an interview that he was going to draft best available athlete and then sign veterans later on to fill need. Green's got this awesome resume with a bunch of playoff appearances and he acts like he knows what he's doing...it can't be another smoke screen can it? I mean heck, let's sign for need...I mean, shoot, it's worked for us so well in the past...remember those happy, happy draft day parties at Jacksons where we drafted for need--NOT BEST AVAILABLE ATHLETE--and we were so pleased for about...oh, half a second? Then a big trap door opens up...aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh

I'm sure

come June, he' will be watching the cuts at RB. Shipp, Smith(done this year I think), Anderson (?) and Scobey can't be what he'll rely on for the future.
