Betway Premiership club Siwelele FC have made a shock reshuffling of their backroom staff and hierarchy.
Club chairman Calvin Le John announced the newly rebranded side has parted ways with CEO Stan Matthews.
The experienced executive was kept on board after Siwelele purchased the PSL status of SuperSport United in July.
However, it appears things didn’t go as planned as Matthews was axed from his role as he reportedly had a strained relationship with head coach Lehlohonolo Seema.
Lerato Kholoanyane, a member of the political party Patriotic Alliance, has been appointed as Siwelele interim CEO.
Furthermore, assistant coach Andre Arendse, who was also retained from the SuperSport franchise, has also been relieved of his duties.
Former Bloemfontein Celtic and Orlando Pirates defender Willem Jackson will serve as the second in command to Seema.
Meanwhile, Siwelele are currently in 14th place on the Betway Premiership standings, having won just one of their first seven league outings.
