The Green Bay Packers drafted two players who competed at the East-West Shrine Bowl last year. Brian Gutekunst took Georgia defensive lineman Warren Brinson with the 198th overall pick and Cincinnati offensive lineman John Williams with the 250th overall pick.
The practices for the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl started on Friday morning in Frisco, Texas. Let's take a look at some of the offensive prospects on the East roster who could be on Green Bay's radar for the 2026 NFL Draft.
Burton finished his career at Kentucky with 47 starts to his name, with 23 of them coming at left guard, 15 at center, and nine at right guard. That interior versatilty will make him an ideal target for the Packers, who are looking to bolster their depth and Burton could challenge to be the team's long-term starting center.
Campbell ended his career at Texas with 43 starts at right guard to his name. The former three-sport athlete looks comfortable on the move and has athletic feet. He plays with controlled violence as a run blocker. He has outstanding length for an interior lineman and uses that length to control the man across from him. He gets his hands on defenders before they can get into his chest.
A transfer from Tulsa, Wade finished his collegiate career with 31 starts at left tackle, 17 at left guard and one at right guard. This past season, Wade gave up one sack and 15 pressures. He has strong, well-timed hands to jolt defensive linemen. He uses that grip strength to control defenders as a run blocker to sustain and create surge.
Bently enjoyed a breakout campaign for the Utes this past season, recording 48 receptions for 620 yards and six touchdowns. He runs his routes with urgency and does a good job of working himself open. The Utah tight end is competitive after the catch and racked up 257 yards after the catch.
Raridon is a complete tight end who could step in immediately as Green Bay's No. 3 tight end behind Tucker Kraft and Luke Musgrave. The Notre Dame tight end has an impressive one-step acceleration to quickly get to top speed and stretch the seam. Raridon finished the season with 32 receptions for 482 yards.
Thomas is a size, speed threat at wide receiver. The Texas A&M transfer finished his lone season at Georgia with 16 receptions for 254 yards and four touchdowns. He's a YAC threat with his long strides and is a detailed route runner. If you want a Day 3 Packers wide receiver, Thomas fits the bill.
McRee is a big-framed target. He has strong, reliable hands and makes contested catches look like a walk in the park. The USC product ended the season with career highs in receptions (30), receiving yards (450) and receiving touchdowns (four).

Kentucky C 62 Jager Burton is effective with his off hand. It hits fast and shocks the defender. Anchor gets tested but good enough as he gets a hand to the face. There's a lot to like with Burton and his ability at center. https://t.co/95FyUrlkBzpic.twitter.com/1lBwnZRqPP
