Sendoff rally for Cardinals at Sky Harbor on Monday

The Arizona Cardinals will get a big sendoff Monday as they leave for the Super Bowl XLIII in Tampe, Fla.
Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon and Glendale Mayor Elaine Scruggs will host a rally at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport from 8:15 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Cardinals' President Michael Bidwill and head coach Ken Whisenhunt will be there, along with Cardinals' players and cheerleaders and mascot "Big Red."
Parking opens at 6 a.m. on Buckeye road, one block east of 24th Street. The entrance to the rally, across the street from the parking lot, will open at 6:30 a.m.
The Cardinals make their first Super Bowl appearance ever Feb. 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
