Mother Nature continues to impact the SEC Baseball Tournament in Hoover, Alabama, with Florida and Georgia's semifinal game entering a rain delay in the seventh inning.
The Gators led 7-4 in the bottom of the fourth inning at the time of stoppage, although the Bulldogs have a runner on first with one out. The SEC will announced updates as it has them when it comes to the game resuming.

Texas and Arkansas' quarterfinals game also was pushed back on May 22 due to inclement weather, as was Georgia's opening game of the SEC Tournament against Mississippi State on May 21.
"Suboptimal environmental conditions here at The Hoover Met for (SEC Baseball Tournament) with Purple Rain playing over the PA and real rain falling from the sky!" SEC commissioner Greg Sankey wrote on X.

4:09 p.m. ET: Florida vs. Georgia was delayed in the bottom of the fourth inning on Saturday, May 23, due to rain. The Gators led the Bulldogs 7-4 at the time of delay, with Georgia having a runner on first with no outs.
There's currently no update for when the game will resume.
According to Weather.com's hourly forecast, rain will stop in Hoover, Alabama, starting at 5 p.m. ET. The weather appears to be clear until 8 p.m. ET, when there's projected thundershowers with a 100% chance of precipitation.
Weather.com projected 0.42 inches of rainfall at 8 p.m. ET.
