CB Devon Witherspoon extension​


The Seahawks gave cornerback Devon Witherspoon a huge four-year extension worth $132 million. He is now the highest-paid cornerback in NFL history.

Seahawks lose preseason opener​


The Seahawks played their preseason opener this week, losing 17-7 to the Dallas Cowboys. They did not play their starters.

Seahawks pass rusher giving it one more season​


DeMarcus Lawrence, entering his 13th NFL season and second with the Seahawks, said the 2026 season will be his last in the league. He will retire following the season.

Sam Darnold in 'NFL Top 100'​


Sam Darnold, after a fantastic season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2024, led the Seahawks to a Super Bowl win last season. He was revealed as player No. 21 in the player-voted "NFL Top 100."

Seahawks to sign troubled CB​


Terrion Arnold, a former first-round pick, was released by the Detroit Lions following eight felony charges against him. The Seahawks are expected to sign him.
