#1 . He is nuttier than a fruitcake.
#2 . He failed twice in the NFL. Jets and New England.
#3 . Ask yourself how Spurrier did and how Nick Saban is doing in Miami. How did Butch Davis do in Cleveland?

The problem with firing Green and hiring Carroll is that for all intents and purposes you are hiring the same type of coach. Both Green and Carroll aren't known for the Xs and Os and generally they are both players coaches.

The other thing is Carroll is a defensive coach, not an offensive guy, so he comes in we still need to hire offensive help.

If Fisher gets fired maybe we get Chow as well, as Pariah has been saying.

Carroll is friends with the players, that and a well "organized" group of boosters is why USC's recruiting is so good right now. \]
