The Los Angeles Rams2026 schedule is a mixed bag. There’s a little bit of everything, from prime-time games to early 10 a.m. PT kickoffs, and even a Wednesday night matchup with the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving Eve.

One thing the Rams don’t have on the docket in 2026 is a Monday night game on the East Coast. And Sean McVay is grateful for that.

In an interview with CBS LA a few weeks ago, he admitted he hates playing on Monday night across the country because of how long the team has to wait to play.

“I would be lying to you if I said I didn’t hate East Coast Monday night games because it feels like you are just waiting around for three weeks waiting to play that game when you travel the day before and then you’re sitting around,” he said. “Fortunately, the Monday night games that we’re playing are at home so it’s not as bad kicking off at 5 o’clock.”

The Rams have two Monday night games, both at home against the Giants and Bills. Of their seven prime-time matchups, only two are on the road: Week 3 at the Broncos and Week 16 at the Seahawks. Neither of those trips are very long, so travel isn’t a concern.

There’s nothing easy about Los Angeles’ schedule this season but at least there are no East Coast Monday nighters for McVay. They have three trips to the East Coast against the Eagles, Commanders and Bucs, and while the date and time of their game against Tampa Bay is still TBD, the other two games are at 1 p.m. ET.
