The Seattle Seahawks are beginning to narrow down their potential options with the No. 18 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft. Wednesday is the final day teams are permitted to host prospects on pre-draft visits. The Seahawks took advantage by hosting former Alabamalinebacker Jihaad Campbell, according to Corbin K. Smith.

Campbell is easily the best off-ball linebacker in the 2025 NFL draft. The Crimson Tide standout was absolutely dynamic this past season, recording 119 tackles and five sacks. Campbell was all over the field for Alabama's defense, establishing himself as a potential top-20 selection.

Campbell carried that momentum over to a phenomenal NFL Combine performance. In Indianapolis, Campbell ran a 4.52 40-yard dash, the third-fastest 40 among linebackers, with a 1.53 ten-yard split at 6-foot-3 and 235 pounds. The Erial, New Jersey native possesses 32.5 inch arms and 10.5 inch hands, and also leaped the second-highest broad jump among linebackers at 10-foot-7.

The Seahawks are well-stocked at inside linebacker with Ernest Jones IV and Tyrice Knight as the starters. Campbell is so much more than a linebacker though. He's an alignment-versatile front-seven defender who can rush the passer, stop the run, and drop in coverage. Campbell would be an outstanding fit in Mike Macdonald's defense.
