Former University of Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan has been a popular mock-draft pick for the Seattle Seahawks in the 2025 NFL draft. Unsurprisingly, the Seahawks are showing interest in the towering prospect. They recently hosted McMillan on a pre-draft visit, according to a report from Fox Sports NFL insider Jordan Schultz.
The Seahawks could be in the market for a wide receiver at No. 18 overall in the first round. General manager John Schneider has a sizable hole at the position after parting ways with DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett this offseason. Cooper Kupp was a huge get in free agency, but McMillan would project as a better like-for-like replacement for Metcalf as the big-bodied vertical target on the boundary.
McMillan was downright dominant for the Wildcats this past college football season. The 6-foot-4, 219 pound McMillan recorded 84 receptions for 1,319 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. Despite that, his pre-draft evaluation hasn't been straightforward.
McMillan declined opportunities to participate athletically at the NFL Combine, leading to questions about his size. He reportedly ran in the high 4.4's to mid 4.5's at Arizona's Pro Day. Questions about his football character have also been asked throughout the pre-draft process. Once considered a top-10 lock, McMillan could fall to the Seahawks at No. 18.
