Last season proved that the Seattle Seahawks had one of the best offensive supporting casts in the NFL.
Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold had AP Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigba provide him with a top target in the receiving game who went for 1,793 receiving yards in 2026. Seattle’s running back duo of Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet combined for 1,757 rushing yards on the year. But beyond their heaviest hitters, the Seahawks’ other contributors gave Darnold all the help he needed last season.
According to Pro Football Focus’ Daire Carragher, the Seahawks finished as the second-highest rated offensive supporting cast in the league with a grade of 86.
Seattle ranked No. 9 in the NFL in passing yards last season with 4,063, but received strong contributions from Cooper Kupp (593 REC yards) and AJ Barner (519 REC yards) on the year. Rashid Shaheed also gave them an edge as a downfield threat.
The Seahawks’ rushing attack did not lead the league in total rushing yards or rushing touchdowns last season, but was very effective throughout the year, with no answer for the combination of Walker and Charbonnet, making their supporting cast one that played a huge role in helping them win the Super Bowl at the end of the season.
