Being a well known student of the game I’m certain Bidwill provides useful suggestions and insight. In fact I’m surprised they didn’t use him to call plays when Kingsbury offered to step aside. It’s Bidwill’s attention to detail and careful study before he makes a decision can only be a major assist for the team. I’m certain Kingsbury has nothing better to do except maybe sit in front of his sunny windows and think how he suckered Bidwill into paying Kingsbury enough to pay for his house.

What an absolute waste of time

Coaches taking time out of their schedules to spoon-feed the owner game details and make him feel like he's close to the action.

If Bidwill cares that much he should sit in on existing meetings (but ideally do that very sparingly) rather than create extra work

This sounds like a guy at football fantasy camp. Remember when Kramer punched Mickey Mantle?
