Happy NCAA Tournament gameday, Mizzou fans! 10th-seeded Missouri takes on 7th-seeded Miami (FL) in St. Louis (West Region) to close out the first round of March Madness. Tip-off is scheduled for 9:10 p.m. CST on TruTV with Spero Dededs (pxp), Jim Spanarkel (analyst), and Jon Rothstein (sideline reporter) on the call.

On paper, this should be one of the best games of the day as the Hurricanes come in as 1.5-point favorites. These two teams are also playing eerily similar in the span of a month.

How are teams playing entering the NCAAT?

Mizzou will be playing their first NCAA Tournament game in St. Louis since 1982 (79-78 loss to Houston) — and the Tigers are a No. 10 seed in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2010 (86-78 win over Clemson).

Can Mizzou get their second NCAA Tournament win under head coach Dennis Gates? The fanbase is optimistic — as most believe the Tigers will outlast the Hurricanes in a tightly contested game — which is also Rory Whetstone’s prediction in our game preview.
