Gallen is already 8 innings over his season total last year. Having a trash bullpen wore him out.

Torey tosses 20 pitches on Gallen's burnt arm and gives up 2 more runs but hey we didn't have to go to the bullpen
And it's so stupid because we had a day off yesterday and a day off Thursday. Use the damn pen.

In case anyone is wondering, I purposely posted the DAD in honor of my DAD. He was battling cancer but I was able to secure tickets for the DBacks first-ever opening-day game. (Not cheap but worth it). We lost but DAD had a great time at the game. He wasn't feeling well so we left after 7 with us trailing 8-1 I believe. We watched as many games on TV as we could until he passed away a couple of months later. He was my coach from the beginning when I started playing Pee-Wee baseball in 1956. Just reminiscing about him tonight.8-4 Good Guys. Go

Pham and Gurrell need to rotate between LF/DH/Bench - Thomas speed and defense needs to keep playing all the time

My negative Nancy take.....Walker and Gallen were the worst players on the Dbacks yesterday night. That's all I got.

It's just crazy how it took Torey 75% of the season to bat him higher than 8th or to at least give him a shot against lefties. It cost Thomas a gold glove this year.
Speaking of Thomas, hopefully someone in the Dbacks analytics shows him this.
