Sioux Falls Lincoln boys basketball player Sam DeGroot and Brandon Valley girls basketball player Ava Kellenberger were voted by readers as the Argus Leader's Athletes of the Week from Feb. 9 to Feb. 14.
DeGroot earned the boys Athlete of the Week with 56% of the vote.
DeGroot went 10-for-12 shooting for 28 points to help Sioux Falls Lincoln remain unbeaten on Feb. 10. The senior center also added nine rebounds and three assists in the Patriots' 69-67 win over O'Gorman.

Kellenberger earned the girls Athlete of the Week with 47% of the vote.
Kellenberger was a key scorer for Brandon Valley during the Lynx's huge week. She scored 20 points on Feb. 13 against Marshall (MN), and added four points and five rebounds against Sioux Falls Washington on Feb. 10.
