A couple of reinforcements are on the way for the New Orleans Saints ahead of Sunday's game with the New York Jets. On Saturday, the Saints announced that two practice squad elevations will be available for Sunday's matchup at the Caesars Superdome -- offensive lineman Easton Kilty and tight end Moliki Matavao.

Matavao, one of the Saints' picks in the seventh round of this year's NFL draft, appeared in three games early this season until veteran tight ends Foster Moreau and Taysom Hill were activated from the physically unable to perform list. The rookie showed some nice moves in the preseason but has yet to record a catch in his brief NFL career. He's probably going to fill in for backup tight end Zaire Mitchell-Paden, who is questionable to play after injuring his knee in Friday's practice session.

Kilty is making his Saints debut after spending the year to this point on the practice squad. He has experience at guard on both sides of the line but the team mostly worked him out at right guard in the preseason. With starting right guard Cesar Ruiz unavailable this week because of an ankle injury, Kilty figures to help out as a depth option behind Will Sherman.
