Roma will not sell Kone for less than €60 million


Manu Koné’s fate seems far from Rome. The player’s agent is working to find a club willing to meet the demands of his client and the Giallorossi.


England remains the most likely option, but they’re also keeping an eye on Saudi Arabia’s money.


Al Ahli, in fact, are serious about the 2001-born player and have initiated initial contact with Roma and Koné’s agent. This inquiry could quickly lead to something else.


Roma needs to raise money but won’t sell off Manu Koné.


Their response to Al Ahli was clear: they will only say yes to a suitable offer. Manchester United currently remains the most likely club for the 2001-born player, as they already have an agreement with the player.


D’Amico, however, is waiting to see what their offer is for the French midfielder. The English club appears willing to approach €50 million, a figure that wouldn’t be enough to persuade Roma.


Atlético Madrid are also in the mix, but in the last few hours, Al Ahli have been the main contenders, as they must first free up a slot reserved for foreign players.


If an auction were to take place, the Roma hope, the Giallorossi management is ready to ask for more than €60 million to sell Koné. Chelsea’s position will also be kept under observation.
