MENDOTA, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — Rockford Lutheran’s Cinderella postseason run ended Friday night. The Crusaders couldn’t keep pace with Johnsburg losing to the Skyhawks 68-50 in the championship game of the 2A Mendota Sectional.
Lutheran’s final record is 19-16. Johnsburg improves to 24-11. The Skyhawks advance to the Sterling Super-Sectional Monday.
