River Plate midfielder Matias Galazara emerges as new target for Juventus
Whilst Bianconeri coach Luciano Spalletti is desperate to seize a new central midfielder to bring equilibrium to the core of the pitch, Juventus have now set their sights emerging candidate Matias Galazara of River Plate.
TuttoJuve reports that other than Franck Kessie and Tijjani Reijnders, the Turin based club have been monitoring the 22-year-old Paraguayan midfielder throughout the Fifa 2026 World Cup and are reportedly keeping their tabs open in regards to a potential swoop.
As it stands, the Italian tactician is eager to acquire a midfielder that is capable of organizing the attack, dictating the rhythm in possession and constructing the play whilst moving vertically. Hence, the Old Lady believe that the promising River Plate star fits the criteria and believe that a fee of €6m would be enough to persuade the Argentine outfits in permitting Galazara to depart the club in favour of joining the Italian giants.
