It's clear that New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson feels disrespected by his overall rating in Madden NFL 27.
Many would view such feelings as valid after the starting back received a 77 overall rating in the video game. Stevenson served as a huge lift on offense for the Patriots in the latter-half of the season due to his ability to impact games as both a runner and receiver.
Granted, things started off rough early in the season due to his fumbling issues. There was even a point where some wondered if the Patriots might consider starting then-rookie TreVeyon Henderson over Stevenson for good. However, the team showed an unwavering belief in their starter and stuck with him for the entire year.
And he repaid them for it by producing on the football field.
On Friday, the 28-year-old running back reshared a tweet with his overall Madden rating listed, and he responded with three laughing cat emojis.
Even Henderson, who is Stevenson's backup, has a higher rating than the veteran running back.
With an improved offensive line and Reggie Gilliam at fullback, Stevenson could put up big numbers in 2026. That would be one surefire way of clapping back at the 77 rating.
